TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) REGULATIONS 1990 - NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 5 OR 13
The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting
1. Installation of replacement windows at 24-26, Grove Street, Longwood, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/91050.
2. Roof repairs including re-use and replacement of slates, new underlay, battens and leadwork; replacement rainwater goods; repointing and masonry repairs; chimney repairs; and minor basement structural repairs at 4-6, Kirkgate, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/91009.
3. Installation of wood burning stove and 200mm flu pipe at Beech Farm, 21, Manor Road, Farnley Tyas, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/90163.

The following planning application has been received which is for Discharge of Conditions of a Listed Building Consent

Discharge of details reserved by condition 5 (external door/ windows) and 11 (external stairs/balustrade) on previous permission 2024/90270 for Listed Building Consent for demolition, alteration, refurbishment and extension to create library, food hall and public realm (part within a Conservation Area) at Queensgate Market, Princess Alexandra Walk, Huddersfield.
