Applications can be viewed on a computer in the reception area at Scaitcliffe House, or on the Hyndburn BC website at www.hyndburnbc.gov.uk. by going to the Planning & Environment section and clicking on View Applications. 

You will need the application number for the search. Anyone who wishes to make representations about any application should write to the Council Planning Department, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod St, Accrington BB5 3AE or by email to planning@hyndburnbc.gov.uk by 29th May 2026.
