NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE BOROUGH COUNCIL AND THE DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS:-
Plan No : 2026/0296
Location : 29 Church Lane Linby Nottinghamshire NG15 8AB
Proposal : Variation of conditions 2 (approved plans) and 4 (window materials) of planning permission 2025/0542 to amend the position of the proposed dwelling, and amend the window material from timber to UPVC Residence 7.
In the opinion of the Borough Council this proposal may materially affect the appearance or character of the Conservation Area.
A copy of this application and documents submitted with it may be inspected at the Planning and Environment Department, Civic Centre, Arnot hill Park, Arnold, Nottingham during normal working hours, or on the Council's website at http://www.gedling.gov.uk. during the period of 14 days beginning with the date of this notice.
Any person who wishes to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing to the undersigned within the same period.
