Notice is hereby given that Norfolk County Council has received amended information in respect of this planning application as it is now considered a retrospective application. You will find the amended information along with the full submission documentation of the original planning application dated 13th February 2026 on our web page http://eplanning.norfolk.gov.uk/ Please use the reference number FUL/2026/0002 for your search. Although the County Council no longer holds a paper copy of the application, an electronic version can be viewed online at the Council’s offices (County Hall, Norwich). If you wish to do so please email mwap@norfolk.gov.uk or phone 0344 800 8020 to arrange an appointment. Alternatively you are also able to view a copy at your District or Borough Council office, or use your local library to view the application online, should you not be able to visit County Hall.

The application will either be determined under delegated powers or by the Planning (Regulatory) Committee. Members of the public can, by prior arrangement, speak at meetings of the Planning (Regulatory) Committee. Please contact Planning Services for further details. Please quote reference number FUL/2026/0002 on all correspondence. Any correspondence received will be retained on a file and will be open to public inspection if requested.
