NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

A0010.26, 1-3 South Street Co-op Insurance Society Ltd Romford,

1 x internally illuminated 55” digital display screen and 1 x internally applied window graphic to the front elevation window

The development is in a Conservation Area

P0404.26, Clarewood Hubbards Close Hornchurch,

Variation of condition No. 2 (approved plans) of planning permission ref: APP/B5480/W/21/3268154 / P1590.20 dated 10/09/2021 to allow for retention of utilities outbuildings in connection with electrical and water supplies (6 x single storey, 3 bed, semi-detached dwellings with habitable roof space, associated parking, and amenity space, involving alterations to 1 x existing 2-bed detached dwelling)

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan

P0507.26, Four Oaks The Chase Upminster,

Variation of condition No. 2 (approved plans) of planning permission ref: P1312.19 dated 21/10/2019 to allow for alterations to the approved plan (Demolition of existing dwelling to be replaced with 1No. new dwelling)

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan
