Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 21/26/00003: Harborne House, Church Lane, Compton Bishop, Axbridge, BS26 2HB. Change of Use of existing annexe into holiday let & annexe accommodation ancillary to the main dwelling. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.

Application No. 21/26/00004 & 21/26/00005: The Cottage, Kennel Lane, Webbington, Axbridge, BS26 2HS. Erection of single storey extension to the rear. This application affects a listed building & the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).

Application No. 21/26/00006: Old Manor House, Cross Lane, Cross, Axbridge, BS26 2ED. Installation of a ground floor toilet. This application affects a listed building.

Application No. 50/26/00016: Butterful House, Lime Kiln Lane, Wedmore, BS27 4PR. Erection of an extension to the side elevation & creation of a garden wall. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
