Newcastle-Under-Lyme - Planning Application For Development Management Procedure

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the BOROUGH COUNCIL of NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME for planning permission for the development set out below: -

1. 3. Change of use from C4 to a sui genres HMO by conversion of an office to provide a seventh bedroom within Flat 2 situated at first floor level at Brahmani House 8 - 10 High Street Newcastle Under Lyme by Holmfirth Investments Limited. File ref: 26/00289/FUL (Development affecting Town centre Conservation Area/Listed Building).

4.Relocation of existing post box to be Infront of the existing security shutter at 108 High Street Newcastle Under Lyme Staffordshire by Ms Jenny Tippetts. File ref: 26/00302/FUL. (Development affecting Town centre Conservation Area/ Listed Building).

5. Application for the variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 25/00903/FUL - Solar PV installation across 3 designated roof areas (mixed flat and pitched roofs) at Clayton Hall Academy Clayton Lane Newcastle Under Lyme Staffordshire ST5 3DN by Windsor Academy Trust. File ref: 26/00327/FUL (Development affecting Clayton Conservation Area and a Grade II Listed Building).

During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only, to inspect the application plans and documents.
