NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the BOROUGH COUNCIL of NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME for planning permission for the development set out below: -
Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 Development affecting a Conservation Area /Listed Building
1. Alterations to dwelling including: repair and like-for-like replacement of existing timber window frames with new painted hardwood frames; accurate replication of original profiles, sections, glazing bar arrangements, and opening styles; replacement of existing single glazing with doubleglazed units; careful removal, retention, encapsulation, and; reinstatement of existing stained glass panels within new double-glazed units in their original locations at 16 Watlands Avenue Wolstanton Newcastle Under Lyme Staffordshire ST5 8AS by Mr Adam Pye. 2.Proposed single-storey rear extension to provide additional living space, along with a new carport and terraced area. 3. Application for the variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 25/00903/FUL - Solar PV installation across 3 designated roof areas (mixed flat and pitched roofs) at Clayton Hall Academy Clayton Lane Newcastle Under Lyme Staffordshire ST5 3DN by Windsor Academy Trust. File ref: 26/00327/FUL (Development affecting Clayton Conservation Area and a Grade II Listed Building).
During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only, to inspect the application plans and documents.
