Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

26/0347/FUL/MV: Manor Lodge School, Ridge Hill, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9BG. The partial demolition and extension of the Basil Flashman building, to provide a new virtual reality teaching space, multi-function space and single court sports hall, alongside internal reconfigurations to provide a new lift, internal fire escape staircase and a new student entrance, and associated car parking and landscaping. Reason: Affecting the setting of a Listed Building.

26/0429/REM/CE: Land South Of Sky Studios Elstree, Rowley Lane, Borehamwood. Application for the approval of reserved matters relating to appearance, landscaping, layout and scale for flexible (B2/B8) use including ancillary office floorspace, associated parking, loading docks, servicing, landscaping and substation pursuant to outline planning permission reference 23/0478/OUT. Reason: Major Development.

26/0215/FUL/MT: 46 London Road, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9DY. Demolition of existing garage and subdivision to facilitate construction of 2 storey detached dwelling, front boundary works to include re-positioning of crossover / dropped kerb and vehicular hardstanding with associated hard and soft landscaping, bin and bicycle storage. Reason: Conservation Area.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
