What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
26/0319/FH - Way O The Wind, Dungeness Road, Dungeness, Romney Marsh, TN29 9NE - Replacement dwelling.
26/0511/FH - 19 High Street, New Romney, TN28 8BN - Retrospective listed building consent for a shopfront sign, hanging sign & barber pole.
26/0558/FH - 2 Hillside, Sandgate, Folkestone, CT20 3DB - Listed Building Consent for replacement roof & removal & reconstruction of 3 chimneys.
26/0599/FH - The Dukes Head, 9 Dymchurch Road, Hythe, CT21 6JB - Listed Building Consent for alterations to the barn’s external fabric (hidden box gutter, vents & brickwork restoration), particularly on the north & west elevations.
26/0621/FH - Sibton Park, Longage Hill, Lyminge, Folkestone, CT18 8HB - Conversion of library to a one-bedroom studio holiday let
26/0640/FH - Lympne Castle, The Street, Lympne, Hythe, CT21 4LQ - Change of use of land as event and staff car parking.
26/0667/FH - Berwick House, Stone Street, Lympne, CT21 4JW - Listed Building Consent for installation of in-set solar panels to the south & south-east rear facing roof slopes.
26/0330/FH - Flat 2, 48 Earls Avenue, Folkestone, CT20 2HD - Replacement of existing single glazed windows with aluminum double glazed windows.
Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
