What is planned?

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

26/0412/FUL/KSE: 82 Watling Street, Radlett, WD7 7AB. Erection of a retractable fabric pergola structure with glazing to two elevations, to provide cover for existing courtyard seating area at the rear of the property, with replacement doors into the restaurant. Reason: Conservation Area.

26/0530/HSE/MT: Round Bush, Round Bush Lane, Aldenham, Watford, WD25 8BQ. Removal of timber framed, glazed door and window, and replacement with timber framed, double glazed sliding doors. Reason: Conservation Area.

26/0330/HSE/HHO: 1 Manor Court, Common Lane, Radlett, WD7 8PU. Demolition of existing conservatory to facilitate construction of single storey rear extension with associated roof works and alterations to fenestration. Reason: Affecting the setting of a Listed Building.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at

www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
