Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Mr. A Wiseman for the temporary change of use of part of the site to a waste transfer station for domestic, commercial and industrial waste together with associated development (retrospective) at Tavern Garage, The Causeway, Maldon, Essex, CM9 4LJ –

The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the Essex and Southend-on-Sea Waste Local Plan (2017) and/or the Maldon District Local Development Plan 2014–2029 (2017) in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.
