District Council for Listed Building Consent or Conservation Area Consent
and/or planning permission in respect of applications scheduled below.
BAGINTON
W/26/0292 Land adjacent to Davids House, Church Road, Baginton, Coventry,
CV8 3AR: Erection of one detached dwelling for Mr C Hewer.
BARFORD
W/26/0493/LB 17 Bridge Street, Barford, Warwick, CV35 8EH: The proposal
consists of: Installation or reinstatement of external, windowsills to affected
window openings, Integration of appropriate drip details and lead work to shed
water clear of the façade, Repair of existing timber windows wherever possible,
with like-for-like replacement only where elements are beyond repair, Ensuring all
materials and detailing are sympathetic to the historic character of the building for
