2026/340 - Lingfield Common Road, Lingfield, RH7 6BZ. Outline planning permission for the erection of 19 dwellings including parking & associated works, with access, layout, scale and appearance to be considered & landscaping reserved.

2025/1335 - Redwood, Westerham Road, Limpsfield.
Formation of solar array.

2026/326 - Former St Michaels School, Wolfs Hill, Oxted. The installation of 3 no. new antennas painted black (1 no. on existing support pole and 2 no. on new support poles), 3no. RRHs painted black (1 no. mounted on existing support pole and 2 no. mounted on new support poles), the installation of replacement equipment within the existing internal equipment room & ancillary development thereto.
