NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 – TOWN AND COUNTRY

PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT

PROCEDURE ORDER 2015)

Proposed planning application (PL/0558/26) for the

“Importation of up to 74,300 tonnes of inert waste

material (excavation soils) to stabilise the former quarry

pit on land at Holwell Court Farm and satisfactorily

restore the former mineral site including landscaping and

ecological enhancements, and associated improvements

to existing site access to facilitate delivery of the waste

material.” at Land at Holwell Court Farm, Hatfield,

Hertfordshire. Please note this application proposes

development within the Green Belt.
