NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION OF MAJOR DEVELOPMENT
Development at: Land at Moorland Road, Hilltop, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6PF.
I give notice that Andrew Cooke is applying to Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council for planning permission for Residential development and associated works.
Anyone who wishes to submit comments about this application should write to the Council at the following email address planning@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk or to General Offices, Steelworks Road, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6DN within 21 days from the date at the bottom of this notice, quoting the application ref no. P/2026/0074.
Please note that whilst correspondence and information can be deposited at the reception desk at the General Offices, a meeting with an officer or representative from the Planning Department is strictly by appointment only.
Any comments you make will be taken into account when the application is decided.
