APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION FOR A MAJOR DEVELOPMENT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT.

I GIVE NOTICE THAT Leda Properties has applied for planning permission to Stroud District Council for a full planning application for the extension to the existing business park comprising: Development of employment floorspace (Use Classes E(g)(iii), B2 and B8), including parking, landscaping, habitat enhancements and associated works, comprising eight new buildings providing 17 units and the refurbishment of one existing building to create two additional units.

Application Reference S.26/0562/FUL received on 31.03.2026 at Aston Down Business Park, Cowcombe Lane, Chalford, Gloucestershire GL6 8HR.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the Application, Location & Site Plans, Illustrative Masterplan, Elevations, Parameter plans, Environmental Statement and other technical documents submitted online www.stroud.gov.uk/planning.

Anyone wishing to make any representations about this application should do so in writing to the Council via our website by 05.06 2020 quoting S.26/0562/FUL.
