The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (West Midlands) (No. 6) Order 2026” authorising the stopping up of a western part width of Windrush Close at Redditch. This is to enable development as permitted by Redditch Borough Council under reference 25/01100/FUL.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting SUO3367171). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Redditch Borough Council, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 8AH.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 06 May 2026.
