PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
26DIS/1276 - North Quay, Wapping Quay (3). Applicant Mr Paul Davis. To discharge condition 3 (door details) attached to planning reference 25L/3214.
26F/1150 - Broughton Hall, Yew Tree Lane (12) Applicant Mr. T Connor. To create construction compound comprising of 1 no. polytunnel and 7 no. modular units (Storage, Offices, Canteen, Welfare unit) and re-instatement of vehicular access to existing garages.
25F/2519 - Fortress Works, Bentinck Street (5) Applicant Mr Luis Stockton. To undertake fenestration alterations, carry out repairs to roof and create new car park in connection with the use of the premises as a padel facility (Use Class E(d)).
26L/1173 - Flat 2, 1 Mossley Hill Drive (17) Applicant Dr Michael Shorter. To carry out widening of an existing doorway through to kitchen/dining room.
26PCU/1252 - 242 Picton Road (15) Applicant K Farage, Yakel Property Ltd. Application for prior approval to change use of second floor of commercial business (Use Class E) to (Use Class C3) to form 2 no. flats.
26H/1237- 14 Fulwood Park (17) Applicant Mr Richard Furlong. To convert garage with associated works and replace all windows, doors, soffits and fascias.
26H/1267 - 110 North Sudley Road (17) Applicant Chris Barr. To erect a two storey extension to rear.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 28th May 2026 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
