Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 20/26/00001: Marshall Farm, Moores Lane, Chilton Trinity, Bridgwater, TA5 2BG. Outline application with all matters reserved, for the demolition of a farmhouse & erection of 1 No. dwelling. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.

Application No. 36/26/00003: Land at Phase 2, Cricketer Farm, Cannington Road, Nether Stowey, Bridgwater, TA5 1LL. Application for modification of Planning Obligation (Section 106 Agreement) dated 11/11/2024 relating to Planning Permission 36/23/00011 to vary the affordable housing tenure mix - to 100% social rent. This proposal is a major development & may affect the setting of a public right of way.

Application No. 33/26/00005: Land to the south of The Causeway, Mark, Highbridge, TA9. Outline application with some matters reserved, for the erection of 2 No. self build dwellings, requesting consideration of access. This application may affect the setting of a listed building.

Application No. 45/26/00007: Winters Lodge, Bush Lane, Spaxton, Bridgwater, TA5 1AH. 4m extension to north-east elevation & improvements to parking provision. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application). For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
