NOTICE TO EXEMPT LAND FROM ACCESS RIGHTS

Notice is hereby given under section 11(9) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 (“the Act”) that on 1 May 2026, having consulted the local access forum, South Ayrshire Council made the South Ayrshire Council (Ayr Academy & Riverside Arena, Communities Fun Day) Exempting Land from Access Rights Order 2026 (“the Order”), under Section 11(1) of the Act.
