NOTICE OF ORDER HAVING BEEN MADE THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS) (AMENDMENT ORDER NO. 2025.2137350 - TRO REVIEW.15) ORDER 2026
The Council of the City of Plymouth in exercise of their powers under the relevant Sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) ("the Act"), and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, have made the above named Orders:-
The effect of the order shall be to;
Add/Amend Parking Restrictions on lengths of the following roads:
Admiralty Street Ope North, Auckland Road, Collingwood Road, Coombe Way, Craigmore Avenue, Crawford Road, Darwin Crescent, Elburton Road, Fairview Avenue, Glenmore Avenue, Hooe Road, Huxham Close, Hyde Park Road, Kings Tamerton Road, Lakeside Drive, Lyndhurst Close, Lulworth Drive, Manifold Gardens, Palmerston Street, Parker Road, Phoenix Street, Pike Road, Providence Place, Renown Street, Rutger Place, Saltash Road, South Hill, St Elizabeth Close, St Levan Road, Stuart Road, Sydney Close, Tamar Street, Tavistock Road, Uxbridge Drive, Welsford Avenue.
Subject to Schedule 9 Part VI of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions in it on the grounds that the Order is not within the relevant powers or that any of the relevant requirements or regulations made hereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date on which the Order is made, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
