What is planned?

MOLE VALLEY DISTRICT COUNCIL
Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way as the case may be for developments as briefly described in the following schedule. 

MO/2026/00475/LBC: SLYFIELD FARM HOUSE, COBHAM ROAD, BOOKHAM, KT11 3QE: Variation of Condition 2 of approved Listed Building Consent MO/2024/2101 for alterations over both levels to create a single family dwelling with new kitchen, living, utility, study, bedroom and bathroom facilities. 

Removal of internal 1960s partitions, other walls and internal blockwork to the perimeter walls of the north and west ranges. Alterations to retained partitions and construction of new partitions over both levels Structural interventions to the first floor and raising of floor plate. 

Removal of the 1960s staircases and Installation of new staircases in the new entrance hall and kitchen. Removal of the existing 20th Century ground floor slab and replacement with new screed including underfloor heating and new floor finishes. Removal of the fireplaces and flues on the gable ends of the north and west ranges, retaining chimneys. Replacement of the central fireplace in the north range. Repairs to the timber frame, external brickwork including introduction of lead flashings, and replacement of roof coverings. 

Introduction of wood fibre insulation to external walls. Remove existing secondary glazing. Window replacement. 

Replacement of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and drainage services to serve the new layout to allow the repositioning of the stair from the kitchen and other minor amendments to the layout. 

MO/2026/00485/ PLA: LAND EAST OF NYES PLACE RUSPER ROAD NEWDIGATE RH5 5BX: Demolition of barn and erection of single storey detached dwelling utilising existing access and landscaping. 

MO/2026/00486/LBC: 2 SOUTH STREET DORKING RH4 2EL: Refurbishment and re-decoration of the existing timber shopfront.

MO/2026/00497/PLAHH: 257 LOWER ROAD BOOKHAM KT23 4DX: Erection of single storey canopy to the rear patio area. 

MO/2026/00506/PLAHH: ASHBOURNE COTTAGE WHEELERS LANE BROCKHAM RH3 7LA: Demolition of roof and front, rear and east side wall of garage together with the timber clad extension housing the garage doors and to reconstruct and extend to the front to form a gym, including additional windows to side elevation. Change of use of part of the existing store, which is attached to the garage, to provide a shower room and replace door with window. Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk
