Notice is hereby given that Bolsover District Council has received additional information and/or a revised scheme for the following development:
Application No: 25/00215/FUL
Application Type: Full Planning Permission
Proposal: Erection of 2 no. commercial units (class e) with 2 no. 2 bed flats above, 5 no. 2 bed cottages (terrace of 3 and 2 semi-detached), 2 no. 3 bed semi-detached split-level dwellings, demolition of single-storey elements of the Apollo Inn and erection of side and rear two-storey extensions with change of use from public house to 4 no. 1 bed flats and 2 no. 2 bed maisonettes, and associated works (partially within a conservation area)
