The Buxton Civic Association intends to submit a planning application and an
application for listed building consent for the restoration of the Fountain in the
Marketplace, Buxton.
The Buxton Civic Association has been unable to locate the legal owner of this
Grade II listed monument. This notice is served to fulfil the requirements of the
planning application process and to notify the public of our intent to restore the
fountain.
Any person who believes they have a legal interest in the fountain is requested to
contact the Buxton Civic Association within 21 days of the publication of this notice.
