Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication.
chimney pots and internal works including the installation of a partition wall and installation of associated door, wall mounted timber shelving, skirting boards and built in timber booths
TTWC/2026/0274 – Honnington Grange Farm, Wellington Road, Honnington – Conversion of existing outbuilding to workshop, games room and installation of 2no. roof lights
TWC/2026/0277 – Winchester Cottages, 27 Madeley Road, Ironbridge – Replacement of 23no. windows and 5no. doors to existing dwelling and garage
TWC/2026/0285 – Admaston Farm, Bratton Road, Admaston – Variation of Legal Advertising Request Form (version September 2016 condition 2 (materials), condition 3 (windows and doors), condition 5 (external fittings), condition 6 (heads and sills), condition 7 (timber frame inspection) and condition 13 (trees, hedges and hedgerows) of previously approved TWC/2025/0554 (Erection of a single storey extension, replacement of existing conservatory, widening of existing access and driveway including part removal of existing wall and rebuilding, replacement of 4no. windows, repairs to timber frame members, installation of 4no. Roll top clay chimney pots, installation of 1no. Flue pipe, repainting of exterior of property and conversion of existing barn to an annexe) to allow amendment to the wording of the conditions

If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be
made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
