NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT WHICH MAY AFFECT THE CHARACTER OR APPEARANCE OF A CONSERVATION AREA AND THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING(S)

Proposed developments at Asda Supermarket, 2 - 20 Western Road, Park Royal, London, NW10 7LW
(Planning references: 26/0074/FUMOPDC & 26/0072/FUMOPDC). I give notice that McLagan Investments Limited and BDW Trading Limited is applying to the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation for planning permission to carry out the following developments: Demolition, site clearance and enabling works for the erection of a temporary single-storey car park deck and a temporary petrol filling station, amendments to car park, temporary vehicular access arrangements, and associated works. (Planning reference: 26/0072/FUMOPDC).

The comprehensive phased redevelopment of the existing supermarket and Petrol Filling Station (PFS) to provide new buildings with heights ranging between 8 to 35 storeys (153.2m AOD), including up to 171,673sqm GEA of residential floorspace (c. 1,510 residential homes) (Class C3), 11,507sqm GEA ASDA superstore (Use Class E), 1,983sqm GEA Flexible Town Centre Commercial Floorspace including Use Class E (a)(b)(c)(d)(e)(f)(g), F1 (a)(b)(c)(d)(e)(f), F2 (a)(b), and Sui Generis uses (c)(d)(f)(p)(q)(t)(v), public open space, private and communal amenity space, landscaping, vehicular access, car parking, cycle parking, demolition and other associated works. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. (Planning reference: 26/0074/FUMOPDC).
