Planning Application No - LCC/2026/0011
Proposed Development - Variation of Condition 4 (Hours of Working) of permission 05/09/0833 for operating hours to be amended to 0400 - 2100 hours Monday to Friday & 0400 - 1900 hours on Saturday, with no working on Sundays or bank holidays in relation to the main screening building only & removal of condition 13 (No crushing or screening of glass shall be undertaken in the yard area) to allow an element of processing to be carried out in the yard area at Westby Brickworks, Annas Road, Westby With Plumptons, FY4 5JX
