WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2026/00360: Claxby: Mr P Westgarth: Bunny Hill Farm, Pelham Rd: erect agricultural shed to house biomass boilers. (affects right of way)
b) WL/2026/00371: Tealby: Mr & Mrs Bell: 21 Rasen Rd: erect extensions & install solar panels & ASHP.
c) WL/2026/00380: Atterby: Mr & Mrs M Shaw: single storey rear extension (affects right of way)
You may view the application, plans and other submitted documents online at
lindsey.gov.uk/planning or at the Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough, DN21 2NA. Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
