Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:
M0006.26, Grass verge adjacent to the junction of Lawrence Road and Brentwood Road Hornchurch,
Prior approval application for the removal of 10 existing 10 metre monopole with 1no existing trisector antenna and 1no existing equipment cabinet to be replaced with 1no new 17 metre monopole to accommodate 6no new antennas, 2no new equipment cabinets, 1no new wraparound cabinet and associated ancillary works thereto.
The application seeks prior approval for the siting and appearance of telecommunications apparatus or equipment
P0095.26, 65 Crossways Romford, Installation of 13 photovoltaic solar panels on the south-west facing roof slope of the existing single-storey part of the dwelling.

P0215.26, The Campion School, Wingletye Lane Hornchurch, The creation of a synthetic turf pitch at the Campion School RM11 3BX, including fencing, floodlighting, ancillary equipment & additional parking provision.
This is a major development because it is being carried out on a site with an area of 0.5 hectare or more
P0367.26, Old Bakery Cottages, North Road Romford, Conversion of the existing single garage into a habitable room. Installation of a high level window in the side elevation. Creation of an additional external parking space.
