4. Replacement of two windows with sliding doors to rear elevation at 4A, Primrose Lane, Kirkburton, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/90816.

5. Change of use from commercial unit (Class E) to residential use (Class C3) to form additional living accommodation ancillary to adjoining dwelling Barn Cottage, 2A, Netherton Fold, Netherton, Huddersfield, at 2, Netherton Fold, Netherton, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/90887.

6. Removal of existing dormer and installation of rooflights to front and rear with associated works at 26, Station Road, Holmfirth. Application No. 2026/90871.

8. Erection of single storey rear extension at 10, Green Bottom, Meltham, Holmfirth. (Footpath No. MEL/65/10). Application No. 2026/90806.

9. Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of detached dwelling at Dam Head Farm, Dam Head Lane, Lepton, Huddersfield. (Footpath No. KIR/27/10). Application No. 2026/90831.

10. Permission in principle for erection of 1 dwelling at land off, Mountain Way, Kirkheaton, Huddersfield. (Footpath Nos. KIR/170/30 & KIR/8/10). Application No. 2026/90715.

The following planning application has been received which is a departure from the Development Plan
11. Replacement of existing window with external door to north elevation at Castle Hill School, Newsome Road South, Newsome, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/90849.
