LAND AT ROWLANDSWAY AND WAVELL ROAD, WYTHENSHAWE, MANCHESTER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Manchester City Council intends to dispose of open space land located at the corner of Rowlandsway and Wavell Road, Wythenshawe.
The land is approximately 0.3 hectacres and will be developed to build housing. The land subject to this notice and described above, is more particularly shown edged red on the deposited plan which may be inspected at the Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) between hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Objections to the intended disposal must be sent to phlegal@manchester.gov.uk so as to be received no later than 30th May 2026.
