Applications Affecting Listed Buildings and/or Conservation Areas

All comments must be received within 21 days and will go on public view

PL/26/0408 & PL/26/0416: Acacia Road, Reading: Full planning application and Listed Building Consent for proposed public realm and highway improvements to Acacia Road and its junction with Redlands Road, to include the partial demolition of one section of existing wall to enable wider access to MERL, the reconfiguration of parking areas, enhancement of pedestrian routes and associated landscaping.

PL/26/0411: 173 Friar Street, Reading: Proposed alterations including location of new mechanical system for kitchen extracting ductwork to the rear of the building and fresh air system and toilet extraction to the rear of the building via louvre grills. 2 No Air conditioning condenser units to the rear of the building.

PL/26/0501: 65 Eastern Avenue, Reading, RG1 5SQ: Single-storey rear extension. Installation of PV solar panels on roof of proposed extension and front section of existing roof.
