1. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Proposed conversion of derelict
outbuilding with link extension, and first floor dormer. The Old Bakery, Pett
Road, Pett. RR/2026/0375/HOU.
2. Bexhill Town Centre Conservation Area. Renewal of lighting system. Bexhill Railway Station, Sea Road, Bexhill. RR/2026/0442/LBC
3. Conversion of existing barn and long shed, including new build extension, to form ancillary accommodation to listed Farmhouse. Conversion of the existing oast house and shed to form an art studio. Installation of photovoltaic panels to the roof of the existing shed, together with associated landscaping. Change of use to incorporate the above within the residential curtilage of the main listed Doleham Farmhouse. Doleham Farm, Doleham Hill, Westfield. RR/2026/0353/FULL and RR/2026/0354/LBC.
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1 and 3 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 2 and 3 above.
