NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Bank Park Car Park, Sylvester Street, Sheffield, S1 4RN
Notice is hereby given that Sky-House Co (Sylvester Gardens) Ltd has applied to Sheffield City Council for planning permission for: ‘Erection of residential-led mixed used development over 2-4 storeys comprising of 32no. Dwellings and 1no. ground floor commercial unit with associated open space, landscaping, public realm works and ancillary features including refuse and cycle stores, also river naturalisation and bridge demolition works’
Any owner of the land or any part thereof to which the application relates who is not the applicant is hereby given notice that the applicant has been unable to ascertain the names and addresses of all persons having an interest in the land.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to: Planning Service, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH or via the Council’s online planning register. Representations must be received no later than 14/05/2026.
