Notice is hereby given that an appeal has been made to the Secretary of State against the decision of West Northamptonshire Council to refuse planning for the proposal with reference: 2025/3758/FULL for the 'Construction and operation of a micro energy storage project'. Located on unregistered land South of Northampton Road Opposite Scarff Way West Haddon NN6 7DG, adjacent to the existing electrical substation. The appeal will be determined on the basis of written representations. Any comments already made following the original application will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate, and will be considered by the Inspector unless withdrawn.
