Notice of Intension to Dispose of Open Space Land

Local Government Act 1972 Section 123(2a)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, under Section 123(2a) of the Local Government Act 1927, Sheffield City Council intend to dispose of open space land which is located to the rear of 46 - 62 Lee Avenue, Sheffield S36 2QW.

Following disposal, it is intended that the land will be incorporated into the curtilage of the adjoining commercial property and used in conjunction with the commercial property.

A plan showing the land edged red can be inspected at Howden House, Union Street, Sheffield S1 2SH between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing, stating the grounds for objection, no later than 12 noon on 21 May 2026 and addressed to Andrew Horton, Regeneration and Property Services, Sheffield City Council, Howden House, Union Street, Sheffield S1 2SH, or by e-mail to
