East Suffolk Council has received the following applications, which it is required to advertise. This is not a full list of all applications received.

Any representations should be made in writing to this address within 15 working days of the publication of this notice. All representations will be recorded on a public file, be viewable on the council’s website, and will be referred to by the Secretary of State’s inspector in the event of an appeal.
DC/26/1011/VOC – Variation of Condition No. 4 of DC/20/1049/VOC – Variation of Conditions 4 and 6 of DC/17/3981/OUT – Outline Application (some Matters Reserved) – Construction of up to 200 dwellings including car parking, open space provision with associated infrastructure and access. Variation to Highways (access and footway). – The new vehicular access onto Roman Way and associated highway improvements at: Land South Of, Chediston Street, Halesworth.
