REVISION ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ports of Fleetwood
and Silloth (Transfer of Undertaking) Harbour Revision
Order 2026 was made by the Marine Management
Organisation on 13 April 2026 and comes into force on
7 May 2026.
A copy of the Order may be inspected at all reasonable
hours at:
• The Port of Fleetwood, Port and Marina Office,
Fleetwood, Lancashire FY7 6PP, and
• The Port of Silloth, Port Office, Silloth,
Cumbria CA7 4JQ.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the
decision to make the Order, may, within 6 weeks from the
date on which the Order becomes operative, make an
application for that purpose to the High Court.
