THE DEVELOPMENT DOES NOT APPEAR TO ACCORD WITH THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN PLACE FOR THE AREA - P0389/26/OUT - Outline Planning Permission for the erection of 1 self-build dwelling with all matters reserved except for access - Land West Of, Pears Cottage, Corsend Road, Hartpury. P0383/26/FUL - Variation of condition 2 (Approved plans) relating to P0755/24/FUL to allow for the alteration of the design - Land At, Woodbine Cottage, Gloucester Road, Hartpury.
WORKS WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA - P0397/26/FUL - Replacement of facade fenestration and door - Martindale, The Green, Redmarley.
WORKS TO A LISTED BUILDING - P0351/26/LBC - Listed building consent to remove a rear window enlarge the opening, and install hardwood glazed French doors. Four 1980s double glazed windows will be replaced with hardwood casement windows with three new stone cills added to match the existing one - Rock Farm, Rock Lane, Westbury On Severn.
WORKS WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA/AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING - P0400/26/FUL - Replacement of existing window sashes with new like-for-like heritage double-glazed sashes - The New House, High Street, Newnham. P0406/26/FUL - Installation of twenty four solar panels to the southern rear wing roof elevation - Yew Tree House , Church Square, Blakeney.
WORKS WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA/WORKS TO A LISTED BUILDING - P0407/26/LBC - Listed Building Consent for the installation of twenty four solar panels to the southern rear wing roof elevation - Yew Tree House, Church Square, Blakeney.
AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY - P0411/26/FUL - Installation of swimming pool and enclosure with associated works - Belfield House, Hilgay Road, Brockweir.
