Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - Notice Under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission
Proposed development at: Land South of Ivy Chimneys Road, Epping.
Take notice that an application is being made by Barwood Development Securities Limited for outline planning permission for up to 270 dwellings (Use Class C3) including surface water drainage and all other ancillary infrastructure and enabling works, strategic public open space, with vehicular access from the new junction on to Ivy Chimneys Road; all other matters (internal access, layout, appearance, scale and landscaping) reserved for subsequent approval.
The application is being submitted to Epping Forest District Council, Planning Services, Civic Offices, High Street, Epping, CM16 4BZ. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
