P25/1505 – The Occupier for First floor extension to create offices and replace existing flat roof with new pitched roof at 64-66, High Street, Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 3AW

P26/0227 – The Occupier for Retrospective change of use of first-floor Residential Accommodation to ancillary office space, roof extension to existing outbuilding to form garden room, erection of railings to boundary wall and temporary siting of two storage containers at Beacon Hotel, 129 Bilston Street, Sedgley, DY3 1JE
