THE NORTH EAST DERBYSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL
PUBLIC FOOTPATH No 41 (PART) - PARISH OF KILLAMARSH
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2026

The above order, made on 13 April 2026 will divert the whole width of that part of Killamarsh Public Footpath No 41 commencing at Point A (Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (“GR”) SK 4570 7995) and proceeding in a south easterly direction to Point B (GR SK 4578 7988), a distance of approximately 111 metres or thereabouts to a 2 metre wide rolled stone-surfaced footpath commencing from Point A (GR SK 4570 7995) and curving in a generally easterly direction for a distance of approximately 75 metres to Point C (GR SK 4577 7995), then turning to a south by east direction for approximately 68 metres to Point B (GR SK 4578 7988), a total distance of 143 metres or thereabouts.
A copy of the Order and the Order Map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Council Offices, 2013, Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield, S42 6NG from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday and is also available on NEDDC website

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Mr T Corby Engineers Section North East Derbyshire District Council, Council Offices, 2013 Mill Lane Wingerworth Chesterfield S42 6NG or by email to tim.corby

not later than 14 May 2026. Please state the grounds on which the objection is made. If no such representations or objections are made or if any made are withdrawn North East Derbyshire District Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
