NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application is being made by UK Power Networks to the Secretary of State at the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero under Section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989. Consent is being sought to install 2x4 wooden pole gantry’s and associated fixtures/fittings/overhead line to provide a point of connection for a proposed solar scheme.

SUCH COMMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY 4 weeks from latest publication. Any such objections or representations will be copied to the relevant planning authority and the applicant unless the person making them requests in writing that they should not so be copied. If there is such a request then the relevant planning authorities and the applicant will only be informed that an objection has been made but no details will be forwarded to them.
