Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at Trilogy 2 and Trilogy 3, Woodhall, Eurocentral, ML1 4YT for the Proposed
demolition of existing buildings (Trilogy 2 and Trilogy 3) and erection of industrial buildings for Class 5 (General Industrial) and Class 6 (Storage and Distribution) uses with associated ancillary development.

Two rounds of consultation events will be carried out on behalf of Martley Capital Group at the Dakota Hotel Eurocentral, Parklands Avenue, Motherwell, ML1 4WQ. The second event will take
place on the 27th April 2026 between 3pm and 6pm. Feedback is invited up to 8th May 2026 via feedback form at the event or to

This notice does not relate to a planning application at this point. Comments should not be made to North Lanarkshire Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority.
