e) Listed Building Consent to remove existing bay window on the rear elevation and alterations to create new doorway and installation of timber-framed double doors at Garth Farm, Sands Lane, Ellerker HU15 2DR (Ref: 26/00587/PLB)

f) Change of Use of agricultural land to dog exercise paddock, construction of vehicular access, car parking area, erection of perimeter fencing/gates and associated works at Land North East of Fountain Farm Beverley Road Beswick YO25 9HY (Ref: 26/00357/PLF)

g) Change of use of part of existing garage to dog grooming business (Retrospective Application) at 4 West End Farm Close South Cave HU15 2ED (Ref: 26/00528/PLF)

h) Change of use of land from agricultural to sports use including construction of 4 padel courts with integral lighting columns and glass and mesh fence enclosures, erection of open sided shelter, construction of car parking area, erection of 1.4m high fence and associated works at Molescroft Farm Grange Way Molescroft HU17 9FS (Ref: 26/00279/PLF)

i) Change of use of land to side to domestic garden, erection of 1.3m high timber entrance gates and 1m high timber post and rail fence, construction of a 3m high bund and erection of a greenhouse (retrospective application) at Harbour Farm Havenside Hedon HU12 8HH (Ref: 26/00400/PLF)

j) Change of use from dwelling to short-term holiday accommodation at 3 The Green North Newbald YO43 4SA (Ref: 26/00667/PLF)

Proposals (a,b,c,d,e,g,i,j) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (a,c,e,i) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (a,b,c,f) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposal (h) affects a public right of way.

Proposal (f) is major development.
