District Council for Listed Building Consent or Conservation Area Consent
and/or planning permission in respect of applications scheduled below.
CUBBINGTON
W/26/0210 2 Church Lane, Cubbington, Leamington Spa, CV32 7JT: Proposed
demolition of existing cottage ground floor side and rear outbuildings; rebuilding of
side extension matching existing details and new one-and-half storey kitchen and
bathroom extension to rear. Proposed three bedroom detached cottage on land
adjacent no. 2 church cottages, utilizing existing vehicular access; resubmission of
applications ref. no.s W/21/1276 and W/21/1277/lb for Mr S Bates.

of the existing defective HVAC systems located on the flat roof to the two storey

W/26/0308 Shaftesbury, Kenilworth Road, Leamington Spa, CV32 6JD:
Demolition of an existing ground floor utility room. Erection of a new single
storey extension for a summer room and WC with an external single storey
pergola and associative landscaping works for Mrs S Colley.
W/26/0364/LB 43 Brunswick Street, Leamington Spa: A selected number
of single-glazed sash windows (highlighted on the elevations) were recently
replaced with heritage style, timber sash standard double-glazed units with
24mm glazing; this proposal is for the replacement of those window units
(sashes only) with slim-line vacuum glazed units (to the front elevation) and with
heritage slim-line double-glazed units (12mm) to the rear elevation. The aim of
the proposal is to reinstate a more historically accurate and sensitive window
profile whilst also benefitting from improved thermal efficiency of modern window
glazing technology , reducing heating and energy bills for current and future
occupants. All remaining, historic single-glazed sash windows still present in the
property are to remain unaffected and unchanged for Gee Bee Investments Ltd.
