What is planned?

this condition: The development
hereby permitted shall not commence
until all fuel storage tanks (and
associated infra-structure) are fully
decommissioned and removed
and the quality of surrounding soils
and groundwater verified. Reason:
Protection of environmental receptors
to ensure the site is suitable for use.
Proposed amended text for this
condition: Each fuel storage tank (and
all associated infra-structure) on the
site, must be fully decommissioned
and removed and the quality of the
surrounding soils and groundwater
verified, prior to demolition of each
building to which they are associated.
Reason: Protection of environmental
receptors to ensure the site is suitable
for use. Planning Permission granted.
Appeal against condition 2. The
vehicular access for Moira Road and
Halftown Road, including visibility
splays and any forward sight distance,
shall be provided in accordance
with Drawing No. 22-461-DD-100
REV06 bearing the LCC Planning
Service date stamp 21/05/2025,
prior to the commencement of any
other development hereby permitted.
The area within the visibility splays
and any forward sight line shall be
cleared to provide a level surface no
higher than 250mm above the level
of the adjoining carriageway before
the development hereby permitted
becomes operational and such
splays shall be retained and kept
clear thereafter; condition 5. No other
development hereby permitted shall be
commenced until the existing access
on the Halftown Road indicated on
Drawing No. 22-461-DD-100 Rev
06 bearing the LCCC Planning
Service stamp 21/02/2025 has been
permanently closed and the footway
properly reinstated to DFI Roads
satisfaction
