What is planned?

(Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.
Notice of pre-application consultation under Regulation 7 (2) (b).

Applicant: Amy Lansdown and Artemis Sport Limited
Site: Land at Whitehills, Whitehill Road, Millerhall, Midlothian
Description of Development: Erection of community tennis and padel centre with ancillary facilities, (including cafe/bar, gym and small retail offering), access, car and cycle parking, landscape and associated infrastructure and works. Ref. 26/00189/PAC.
Consultation details: Two in-person events will take place. Event 1 will be held at Danderhall Community Hub, 59 Edmonstone Road, Danderhall, EH22 1QL on Wednesday 22 April (4pm-7:30pm) and Event 2 will be held at the Conference Suite and Piano Bar, Main Building, Queen Margaret University, Musselburgh, EH21 6UU on Thursday 21 May 2026 (4pm-7:30pm), where the proposals can be viewed and discussed
with the project team.
