I give notice that The Air Ambulance Service is applying to Harborough District Council for full planning permission for the following description of development:
“Erection of a new air ambulance base, including a building comprising helicopter hangar, staff rest and training spaces, offices and other ancillary floorspace, and 2no. helipads, a final approach and take off area (FATO) along with security perimeter fencing, access from Swinford Road / Main Street, and parking, landscaping, attenuation, and other ancillary works.”
Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to: Harborough District Council, Harborough District Council, Council Offices, Adam and Eve Street, Market Harborough, LE16 7AG within 21 days beginning with the dateof publication of this notice.
NB "Owner" also includes a person with a leasehold interest, the unexpired term of which is at least 7 years.
