National Grid Electricity Distribution (East Midlands) Plc Electricity Act 1989

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application is being made by National Grid Electricity Distribution (East Midlands) Plc to the Secretary of State at the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero under Section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989. Consent is being sought to modify an existing tower and install downleads onto a new gantry, to supply a tee’ d point of connection for a 49.9MW solar scheme at Land to the South of the A52, Grantham Road, Muston, Nottingham, NG13 0FE (Planning Ref: 22/00537/FUL).

Existing Tower HA65 to be modified and downleads installed to new gantry.

The tower and gantry will be located at grid reference:

SUCH OBJECTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 4 weeks from latest publication. Any such objections or representations will be copied to the relevant planning authority and the applicant unless the person making them requests in writing that they should not so be copied. If there is such a request then the relevant planning authorities and the applicant will only be informed that an objection has been made but no details will be forwarded to them.
